Things are moving right along now that we are all moved into our new, improved and larger build space in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Presley and the team have been working hard to finish the framing and are almost there!

Looking forward to seeing how the dormers turn out, they definitely give you much more room in the loft area! Early next week this baby will be moving on to electrical, plumbing and exterior finishing stage. Won’t be long till we will need to move over and make room for two more builds!

We have been getting tons of requests to have a model just for viewing so we decided to build something just for that purpose. This model will represent a smaller standard build but give potential buyers an opportunity to visualize the possibilities before deciding on final design options.
